Excellent game

it’s a excellent a game the player face look alike just some rating are a little bit off but that not the point.The point is I can’t put my game on extreme difficulty plz fix it!

Very Fun, Needs a little bit more balance

I have really enjoyed this game! It is well worth playing. I’m writing this review, however, because there are two points I feel would benefit from some more refinement in future updates: 1- fans I nearly won the Super Bowl in my first season. I won all but two of the regular season games and lost in the finals. But I ended the year with 10% fans. That seems a tad harsh from my fan base 😂 Second place in the NFL and your fans despise you!? I guess fans are fickle. 2- interceptions I don’t know if interceptions are just a visual representation of unseen “dice rolls” or “stat checks” between the players’ avatars but there are many many occasions when a catch is made by the least likely on-screen character. It has left me yelling passionately at my iPad on several occasions. Otherwise it is a very fun game. Short matches, great for when you have a few moments but also deep enough to feel you are progressing and shaping a living breathing team. Well done.

Not worth your time

My previous review was deleted so I’m reposting a shorter version. This is the worst edition of the RB franchise. Like Terminator, they should have stopped at two. - giant stars on the field are awful, stats are buggy, awards are silly and get placed in the wrong spots - really difficult to accumulate coach credits without a lot of repetitive play (no bonus for winning division / Super Bowl) - gameplay essentially the same (except no extreme difficulty) as RB original - franchises aren’t saved to your apple account (can’t continue across different devices) - go play RB College, it’s way more fun than this beta edition.

Disappointing

Uniforms are messed up bad(such as ravens and chiefs not having their regular home uniforms with white pants)and you can't edit them. They didn't come up a way so you can have all a teams star players, so over half of every team becomes free agents as soon as you start a season and the players that become FA on non user teams are random to fit the salary cap. You can't even have 12 players, 10 is the max. Safeties aren't in the game. Literally none. Not even the best safeties. Extremely easy to max out player and team morale. no extreme mode. if you want a challenge play OG retro bowl. Honestly this was very disappointing all around and should've just been an add on instead of a massive cash grab with less features than the OG game

I personally think the salary cap should be a bit higher when you start off. I also do not understand why Devon Witherspoon and Riq woollen aren’t in it?!

Im completely addicted to this game rn. Would be cool to have some defensive play as well but I understand why there isnt. Great game

"NFL Retro Bowl '25" will release Sept. 5, the day of the 2024 season opener, as a new arcade-style offering in the Apple Arcade subscription service.
