Here are some screenshots of the game.
This is not a game made for mobile devices at the first place. You can clearly see it from the way of interacting with the UI. It’s designed for VR devices. And it certainly offers terrible experience for mobile users. The visual quality is pretty good, with the BGM and the setup of the scenario , the game does bring the experience of the Third Contact vividly. Therefore the game executes very well at this point. But the drawbacks are as obvious as the good parts. The zoom in / out, rotate the camera and take a shot can be easily mis-tapped during the high speed UFO chasing. The criteria for moving on to the next level are very restricted. It ended up asking players to play the first level again and again in order to meet the minimum requirement to move on. This is a quite negative and rejecting experience for any new player. The concept of the game is great. The atmosphere is great. But the UI, control and level design is not ideal for a mobile game. So I am looking forward to some updates for those parts, because I do want to continue the game after those annoying experience improved.
While I did have a lot of fun with this game and I loved the way the world not only looked but also the way it made you feel was you were playing the game but the controls are a bit strange at first and took me a minute to get used to. And there just wasn’t as much game here as I was hoping I beat it in around an hour maybe even less time. But other than the shortness of the i game I would recommend this game if you think it looks cool.
Very awesome game. It might have some quarks!! But come on people!! They pick things apart because there negative skin bags that have no patience and want everything handed to them on a silver platter with a golden spoon and a set of divine instructions., This game is easy to Figure out. Ya it wants you to get the lvl and see all the action before you move on to the next nothing wrong with that at all.,keep it up I absolutely love this game and wish there where more like it.. Seriously it’s awesome. Start it knowing you won’t get it right the first time no biggie. No one has ever started a game beat it first try first life!! Get serious guys.. To the developers keep it up.! Don’t let these pests and roaches stop you from making another awesome and very much needed ufo game!!! Thank you., with all the games on the mobile I personally believe it’s one of the best for it’s type and what it is.,Again I love it thank you very much!!!
Listen, I think the game was good. But i finished the stupid thing in one day. And, if they explained how to play the game at all, I wouldn’t have been wasting my time. Also, why didn’t we see an actual alien? Will this continue? Will we fight back against this extraterrestrial invasion? What are their purpose? Why did they come here? Are we going to go into intergalactic warfare?! TOO MANY QUESTIONS, AND NO ANSWERS AT ALL!! This game is too short, but I can’t even imagine how much more fun it would be if it had a story, and we could see it more fleshed out. Overall, Apple, whoever else made this, do better next time. Actually make a story, make it longer, and actually update it. Please Apple?
A reasonable concept is here ruined by simply disastrous, one might even say inept, execution. There is little to no guidance as to the criteria required to progress from level to level, and the voiceover performances are laughably amateurish. As near as I can tell (remember, the player is left on his own trying to figure out what’s required to progress from level to level), the developers expect the player to replay level one repeatedly until a certain amount of money is earned (earned how? Beats me.) Now, level one, though brief, is tedious enough the first time through. I sure as heck am not going to slog my way through it multiple times to find out if level two is any kind of improvement. Yech.
I love the gameplay it’s super fun and realistic however the graphics look very unfinished and some locations almost look like a loading image on google earth. I also feel like that the way the controls work are mainly focused for VR or console not mobile. But all of this to say I still love the gameplay and I love to play it.
Been waiting on this a long time and not disappointed. The 100th Arcade game and probably one of my fave new titles so far. Really evokes the feeling of searching for UFOs and very pretty even on my older iPhone. Some people don’t like motion controls but I think it’s the best way to play. Works with controllers pretty well too. Keep up the good work devs! *also please bring Gesundhi to Arcade!!
In the mountain level, the SOS on the mountain challenge is bugged. I can’t get to the fourth level. Also, the frame rate is wildly inconsistent and varies between levels. Edit: Okay I just figured out that each photo has 3 star ratings. That really helps.
The authors provided no instructions other than how to move. There are no goals, no reasons to do anything, and no reason to care about anything shown. After taking a couple photos, the player is stuck with a screen that shows a bunch of boxes, the sound of an unseen and unnamed woman whining, “Oh no! You let it get away!”, repetitive music, and no idea how to resume play. Deleting the game appeared to fix things!
I played the first level several times. I get money for taking a picture? I need $1000 to get to level 2? This doesn’t make any sense. I got 3 stars on taking a picture but I still can’t move on. Now I can use touch controls to play but the level select screen has horrible controls. I’m not going to keep playing level one over and over so I guess I’m done with the game.
