Preferably: A Super Smash Bros-esque minigame like how Shovel Knight did with Showdown in Treasure Trove where up to 4 players can select skins and weapons that P1 unlocked in their save file Multiplayer in General (up to 4P) And even minigames in general, akin to Joustus (a card game) in Shovel Knight: King of Cards, Blue Spheres from Sonic 3 & Knuckles, Tetris, Tetris Attack, Dr. Mario, Yoshi’s Cookie, Columns, all the Game & Watch units or even Super Scope Six! (These are just ideas) References to Sneaky Sasquatch, WHAT THE GOLF?, WHAT THE CAR?, James Bond (specifically Goldeneye 007), Duke Nukem (the old games before 3D), etc. And can we get a release on the following platforms?: Sega Genesis/Mega Drive (preferably with Sonic and Knuckles compatibility) Super Nintendo Entertainment System Nintendo 64 (might require Expansion Pak, and should be able to support Controller Pak and Rumble Pak) GameCube (preferably with GBA-GCN link cable compatibility) Game Boy Advance (preferably with rumble in its cartridge and on the GB Player, and maybe GBA-GCN link cable compatibility) Sega Dreamcast (You can figure out the VMU should do and maybe it can be compatible with Neo Geo Pocket Colour) Neo Geo Pocket Colour (Maybe it can link to Dreamcast port) PlayStation Vita Evercade (Native Port) I guess that both Motion Twin and Evil Empire are busy, so maybe you can find a fellow indie developer(s) who specializes in expansions and/or porting games to older systems. Or, you can do the expansions, and leave the other work to others. I’ll maybe look for some dev kits for the systems and send them to you once I get my hands on them. ONLY TIME WILL TELL… But anyway, great game. Keep up the good work, guys! I especially like the Half-life reference (HEV outfit, barnacle, crowbar), but you could’ve also inserted Gina Cross and Collette Green’s HEV suit colours (Gina’s red and black, with Collette is green and black), Snarks (explosive little creatures that home in on the nearest enemy and you if there aren’t any) and Alyx Vance’s gun in the game. Here are some devs that you can ask to help you with the expansions/ports: Bitmap Bureau (Xeno Crisis) Mega Cat Studios (Old Towers) Retrosouls (Old Towers) Nitrome (Leap Day) Yacht Club Games (Shovel Knight) Ojiro Fumoto (Downwell) Dodge Roll (Enter the Gungeon) Singlecore Games (Exit the Gungeon) more8bit (Bleak Sword) Team17 (WHAT THE GOLF?) The first two specialize in publishing games for older systems, and everyone else can help with the porting or the expansions/updates! The last one can do the publishing of the expansions, ports or updates, I just trust them hard for some reason… And I think that Fumoto can try to lead the whole operation… Let’s hope the original devs (Motion Twin and Evil Empire) will give you the rights to do all of this… P.S. Can we please get the Evoland games on Apple Arcade?
I think the joystick is a really uncomfortable way to play. Its super small and it’s way too easy to accidentally crouch. Could we have the option for buttons instead?
I have a backbone one controller attachment and this game is fantastic with it! However, the pause button doesn’t seem to work, so I have to press the power button then unlock to bring up the menu.

Really fun and replayable
This is a review by a pretty casual game player who has not completed the game. The game has an excellent mechanic. The world changes on every play. Death is death. You will become very familiar with it. Get better at killing enemies and you live longer. The controls work well on a phone but on a tablet I feel like I need bigger hands. Simple, merciless, masterful.
