Bugfixes
- UI for hinting invisible nearby unit fixed
- Centipede segment connector blinks when scrubbing in replays

- Changing climate on a tile no longer floods it if it was frozen
- Skate + attack on ice don't grant extra movement (if a Battlesled attacks and kills a unit from land->ice, it should be able to use its escape ability)
