Art is adorable. It’s nothing groundbreaking for gameplay and therefore really doesn’t need as much guiding as they are doing. You don’t need to over-explain simple principles, just let us play! Install if you enjoy skipping a lot of text to maybe get to play a game at some point.
Definitely a little bit too much handholding going on in the early levels but honestly it’s such a sweet little game with a warm and cozy pastel art style that it’s definitely my go to game for passing the time at the moment. 🐾💕🥰
I have immense problems trying to complete the games with the helicopter sumisumi. Especially when there are crème caramels in the game. Why make it so hard? Unless I am missing some obvious strategy?
Unique gameplay and cute art style
Played through the first 10 levels twice. The save won’t load from the cloud, the only save that will load is the level 0 local save. Deleted.
Begin with the tutorial, which introduces the basic mechanics of matching three or more Sumisumi characters by tapping. Complete the initial levels to unlock new characters and learn how to use their special skills. Note that the tutorial can be lengthy, so be patient.
Use coins earned from completing levels to level up your characters. Higher-level characters improve your ability to earn points and clear difficult stages. Check the character menu to upgrade your favorite Sumisumi, like Tapioca, for better performance.
Tap groups of three or more identical Sumisumi characters to clear them from the board. Aim to create combos by matching multiple groups in a single move to earn higher points. Each level has a point goal to achieve within a limited number of moves.
Participate in limited-time events, like the summer festival, to earn exclusive rewards. These events often require achieving high scores or completing specific missions, but they can be challenging, so use power-ups and leveled-up characters strategically.
