I have been playing Illustrated since the very first day it showed up in Apple Arcade. It is different because it uses real art from some very talented creative artists. As a creative person myself, I have been enjoying this puzzle game so much. It is full of inspriation, color and beauty. I also love the fact that the game is constantly updated with more galleries and puzzles to choose from, there are even Van Gogh galleries to choose from. Anyone that loves puzzles or art will apppreciate this puzzle journey.
I’m in love with this game but a little feedback - it’d be great if you could see whether each puzzle is in portrait or landscape without having to download and open them. Other than that it’s perfect
It’s ok but the puzzle pieces are all in black and white and it makes the puzzle very difficult to do. You have the option to have the picture in the background but that makes it too easy. I like it without the picture in the background guiding you but making the pieces black and white ruins it
J’aimais beaucoup ce jeu, mais il est maintenant impossible d’y jouer, il plante à chaque fois que je tente d’y avoir accès.
I have played many puzzle apps and built IRL puzzles and never before have I encountered one so difficult in moving the pieces into location or shifting them. Drag time is bad. Sometimes when I’d try to move a piece the whole page would move instead. This is on my iPad. And even if I find two or more pieces that fit together apart from the puzzle (like one can do in real life and in other puzzle game apps) when I correctly join them they don’t stay joined together to move as one “block” as one would do in regular puzzles or other puzzle apps. That aside, the pieces move more easily in the sister “Patterned” puzzle app.
Not challenging, pieces very big. Maybe I didn’t get the picture part , but would rather a mystery puzzle.
I appreciate that each user can modify the settings to create the game they want to play. You have shown that it’s about the user experience. One suggestion for future consideration would be to be able to sort unplaced pieces. On the side or even in the middle if pieces didn’t automatically snap to a grid. Thank you for this beautiful game.
Have been playing for several months and really enjoy this app. Great art and stories. I would like to see a button appear after completing a puzzle to continue to the next, rather than having to open the menu and select home.
I would love for this game to exist outside of the Arcade.
Nicely executed puzzle game with a twist. Unfortunately using it is a huge drain on the battery.
Begin by selecting a puzzle from the gallery. You'll see a sketched illustration and hidden story text. Drag pieces to their correct spots to reveal colors and story fragments. Use both the image and text clues to solve the puzzle efficiently.
As you progress, puzzles become more complex. Pay attention to the artist's story for hints on piece placement. Adjust the background brightness in settings for better visibility. Complete puzzles to unlock new galleries and music tracks.
Immerse yourself in a solo experience, solving puzzles at your own pace. Focus on aligning pieces to reveal the artwork and story, enjoying over 200 puzzles with unique illustrations and music.
Connect with friends or family worldwide in real-time multiplayer. Collaborate to solve puzzles together, sharing the joy of revealing stunning artwork and stories as a team.

A:Illustrated combines jigsaw puzzles with storytelling, where each piece reveals both a stunning illustration and the artist's narrative, enhanced by captivating music and multiplayer options.
